Namsan Campnic is available by advance reservation only. Please choose either the Camping or Picnic Zone when booking.
Please check in at the registration desk to confirm your reservation before entering.
On-site registration will be available if spaces remain after advance reservations close.
The prepaid fee will be fully refunded after your attendance is confirmed on-site on the event day.

Please use only your designated space in the Camping Zone or Picnic Mat Zone, as assigned by event staff on-site.
Campnic Packages are available for rent. Each package includes 1 camping table, 4 camping chairs, 1 lantern, and 2 blankets.
Participants may bring their own personal items, except for tents, tarps, and picnic mats.
Please keep all event facilities and rental equipment clean, as they are shared with other participants.
All rental equipment must be returned to the designated return area before the event ends.
The use of personal heating devices with open flames and cooking equipment is prohibited within the event venue.

Outside food and food delivery are permitted at Namsan Campnic.

To ensure smooth event operations and participant safety, delivery riders are not permitted to enter the Namsan Campnic event area. Please select the designated Delivery Pickup Zone provided by the event organizers as your delivery location and collect your order in person.
Please clean up your designated area after use and ensure that no food waste or trash is left behind.
Excessive drinking and disruptive behavior that may disturb other participants may be restricted.

Performance and movie screening start times are subject to change due to operational circumstances. Please check the announcements on the official website before your visit.
Personal photography and video recording are permitted. However, commercial filming, live streaming, and filming with professional equipment are restricted to protect performance copyrights and artists' image rights.
Official photography and video recording will take place throughout the festival for documentation purposes. Please note that these photos and videos may be used in future promotional materials.
To ensure a smooth viewing experience, please be seated in your assigned area before performances and movie screenings begin.
During performances and movie screenings, please refrain from excessive noise and unnecessary movement that may disturb other participants.
Performance and movie screening schedules are subject to change or cancellation depending on on-site conditions and weather.

This event takes place outdoors over an extended period, and temperatures may drop significantly in the evening.
Please prepare sufficient warm clothing and cold-weather essentials, such as thick jackets, gloves, and scarves.
In the event of adverse weather conditions, including rain or snow, the event may be canceled to ensure participant safety.
Event operating hours and certain programs may be adjusted or shortened depending on weather conditions, such as strong winds or extreme cold.
Any cancellations or changes due to weather conditions will be announced on the official event website.

Please use the designated walkways within the event venue. Do not move or operate any event facilities or equipment, including tents, electrical installations, and lighting equipment, without authorization.
In the event of an accident or if you need assistance, please immediately notify the nearest event staff member or visit the Information Desk.
Any behavior that causes inconvenience to other participants or poses a safety risk may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the event venue.
At the end of the event, please return all rental equipment and leave the venue in an orderly manner, following the instructions of event staff.
